Disclaimer:

Conference registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $5 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up June 13, 2025.
A 50% refund (less a $5 processing fee) is available provided written notification is received between June 14, 2025 and July 24, 2025.
No refunds will be granted on or after July 25, 2025.
In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the expo committee and the executive board following the expo.
